四脚电动燃油泵继电器的检测
四脚电动燃油泵继电器中有两脚接继电器的电磁线圈,另外两脚接继电器常开触点。用万用表欧姆挡测量,继电器电磁线圈两脚之间应能导通,常开触点两脚之间应不导通。在电磁线圈两接脚上施加12V电压,同时用万用表欧姆挡测量常开触点两脚之间应能导通(下图)。若测量结果不符合要求,应更换电动燃油泵继电器。
还有就是气门间隙过大、喷油嘴损坏、和碳罐电磁阀发出的“哒哒哒”异响,我教你一个方法来区别这三种,AVL GK发动机怠速的时候给油门,频率是否有变化,如果频率不变,则是电磁阀的声音,如果频率有变化则应为气门处异响。
